A detached Victorian cottage in Sussex with a long history. It spent many years as a rental and came up for sale a couple of times before we found it – a few of its original features lost over time, the rest quietly waiting under the surface. We're restoring it in an old, rustic Victorian spirit – bringing back the house that always was.

We are grateful to the previous owner who by magic decided to sell her just when we didn't know we were looking.
